Who we are
I've been in the kitchen since I was a kid, learning from my family, some of the best cooks I know to this day. Over the years, I’ve continually challenged myself to learn new techniques and push the boundaries of what I can create. From trying out Michelin star recipes to stepping outside the “norm” of everyday cooking , I've always sought to explore new flavors and techniques.
For me, nothing has been more fulfilling than sharing my food with others. For years, I’ve posted my dishes online and have been asked time and time again, “When are you opening a restaurant?” I wanted to find the right way to share my passion without losing my love for cooking, and that’s how Bodega Bowls was born. Bodega Bowls is my opportunity to share my creations with you — healthy, flavorful meals made with care, passion, and a whole lot of love.
